Muzaffar Mudaris bin Mahmud

An architect by profession with over 25 years of professional experience, Muzaffar brings to SKL broad knowledge in the built environment and development sectors ranging from consultancy to project management to government authorities liaison.
Muhammad Idzhan bin Abdullah Azmi
Head of Corporate Finance Division
Idzhan started his career back in 2005 with UEM Group Berhad, in the area of corporate treasury with a focus on fund raising. Later on the years, he has worked in the field of corporate finance, asset management, private equity and investments with various listed and unlisted companies. He brings with him experience in various spheres of the finance field.
Ir. Hj. Nishad Mohamed bin Hj. Mohamed Shaffy
Technical Advisor
Ir. Hj. Nishad was the Deputy Director General of the Department of Irrigation & Drainage. With over 30 years experience in the government sector, he brings a wealth of knowledge and insights to SKL.
Ir. Chua Lee Boon
Technical Director
Chua holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the University of Malaya. He is a registered Professional Engineer since 1980 and a Member of the Institution of Engineer Malaysia since 1979. Amongst his notable experience was the implementation of the North-South Expressway programme and the New Klang Valley Expressway.
