The project is a sustainable development initiative by SKL, in conjunction with Smart Selangor (SmartSel)and Selangor Maritime Gateway (SMG), that focuses on Rehabilitating the environment whilst Developing and Enriching communities.
As a catalyst for New Economic Growth, the Sungai Klang Link Elevated Highway aims to provide a speedy, safe and convenient route between the commercial center of Kuala Lumpur to the port city of Klang.
With the primary aim of alleviating the heavily used and ever-crowded Federal Highway, this new corridor will also seamlessly link the important commercial and residential areas along this new alignment including Kuala Lumpur, Taman Desa, Kinrara, Petaling Jaya, Puchong, Subang Jaya, Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam and also Klang.
Being a unique sustainable development initiative, the project will see the following:
